Seekh Kebab is one of the crown jewels of Pakistani BBQ cuisine, and at Tarrka House we prepare it using premium minced goat meat. The mince is blended with finely chopped onions, fresh coriander, green chillies, ginger, and a secret blend of traditional spices before being carefully moulded onto metal skewers.
